Bereavement Coordinator

In February 2024, Doug began his service as the Bereavement Coordinator for Wellspring Hospice.  He is a US Army veteran and served as an inter-city pastor for 20 years before becoming a hospice chaplain and bereavement coordinator in 2015.  He lives in the countryside of Navarre, Ohio which is just south of the Canton Football Hall of Fame.  He has been married for 27 years to his wife, Dr. Sonji Gregory.  Together, they enjoy their three adult children (Micah, Jordan, and Katelyn) along with public speaking and marriage counseling. For fun, he enjoys hunting, golfing, woodworking, and traveling on family mission trips.

“Treat a man as he appears to be and you make him worse. But treat a man as if he already were what he potentially could be, then you make him what he should be.”
